Company Vote Counter

The CVC is an Microsoft Office Excel based VBA application to compile, record and report votes that shareholders cast by proxy for any number of resolutions for a company meeting.

Votes are recorded by checking boxes and this may occur in one or more sessions prior to the company meeting.

A variety of reports are generated by the CVC.
